Dear Mr. Sheffield:
I cannot tell you how pleased my wife and I are that Phillip is now dry. After so many years of frustration and worry, it is gratifying to be involved with your program in such a successful way.
Phillip responded in a very positive way to your method and to Galen, his caseworker. His self-image is greatly improved. The involvement of parents and child both in the program is, I think, one of its strengths.
I would whole-heartedly encourage anyone with an enuretic problem to consider Pacific International.
Again, many thanks for your help.
Sincerely yours,
J.W. David Atchison, M.D.
Dear Pacific Int. Ltd.

I'am a doctor and my wife is a registered nurse. We thought we could solve our son's bedwetting problem ourselves. We have 4 children and Michael was the only one with this bedwetting problem. After we passed through our stubbornness, we finally called Pacific Int. Ltd. Our son at this time was 8 years old. We were very skeptical and of course thought it was a lot of money. (Yes, even as professionals we watch our budget). 6 months later (approx.) our son is completely dry and now "remembers" dreaming at night. I would have paid triple if I knew how effective your technique was. Thanks many times over.

I am ecstatic to be able to write this letter of high recommendation about Pacific International's program. I am a 36-year-old woman who suffered for 3 years with the problem of enuresis.
Medical help including urology and gynecology could find no medical reason except having an overactive bladder. Treatment of this condition did not solve my enuresis. My husband is a family physician and I myself am an R.N. Neither of us were able to find anyone who had ever seen, let alone treated, an adult of my age with enuresis.
I had given up hope and began wearing attends to bed at night which was personally devastating. Then I came across Pacific's program and a case consultant came to see me and started me on the program. In 5 months I was dry and have been dry now for 5 months. I am so thankful to the Pacific International program for saving me. I highly recommend it to anyone and I would be happy to be a contact person for someone else in s similar situation. (However due to the embarrassing nature of the topic I would like to be anonymous)
Thank you so much for giving me a normal life back!
Sincerely,
Eugene B. Draper

Dear Mr. Draper,
It is with pleasure that I write to you and thank you for the help Pacific International, Ltd. provided our family. With your help, our twelve-year-old son now has a dry bed in the morning for the first time in his life.
During our sons life, we had made many attempts at obtaining dryness using many different methods including medications. It was not until we consulted Pacific International, Ltd. that we obtained any success.
I would recommend your program without reservation to anyone having a bed wetting problem. Thank you for your help.
Sincerely yours,
Arthur H. McCain M.D.

Dear Mr. Myers
Our seven year-old daughter, Chris, was declared "dry" by the Nekoosa office last week, and we've mailed the Little Watchman back.
We are gratified that her problem has been solved --after unsuccessful attempts with verbal encouragement and medication. Now she can stay over- night with her friends and next spring, go camping with our youth group.
Your radio-operated intercom system also proved a real advantage. I would recommend using it, over the wire-relayed alarm.
Please use our names if you would like to, when you contact other families with this problem.
Sincerely,
Director, Professional Associates Laboratory
P.S. Regards to our case-worker, Lynn Krueger.
Dear Mr. Split,
I cannot tell you what it means to our son and to us to have Greg waking u7p dry. We are all extremely pleased. More importantly he responded right away. It was just a matter of a couple of weeks till he no longer wet. We are so thankful to you and would highly recommend this program to anyone.
Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Draper;
I first found out about your program at a medical convention. At the time, my oldest son was about 3 years old and still in diapers. I filed away your brochure in case we should need it in the future.
I am a physician whose specialty is in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. In this field, we probably learn more about the causes and treatments of incontinence than any other field except for urology. While the response of many physicians to the otherwise normal child with nocturnal enuresis may be to go straight to medication, I knew that behavior management play a big role, even in those with a neurogenic bladder (e.g. timed, scheduled voids in a stroke patient). Your program made perfect sense to me in that it approached the cerebral portion of the "neurourologic axis".
By the time my son was 5, he was always wet at night, although he was dry during the day. He had also exhibited bruxism and sleepwalking several times. His 4-year-old brother, moreover, was dry all the time, and had not exhibited those abnormal nocturnal behaviors. In addition, he had developed poor bladder-related "sleep hygiene habits." That is, I would bring him to the toilet before bedtime, he would say he couldn't go, then as soon as he put on his "pull-ups" he would void in them. In addition he was developing a rash from the "pull-ups". He was also outgrowing the "pull-ups" in the only size available at the time. It got to the point, I was starting to look at the adult incontinence section at the store for a size small enough for him!
The Consultant's visit marked a milestone. Marc wanted to be dry at night, but neither he nor I knew how to break his bad habits. I also wanted to avoid medication, which I felt wouldn't attack the root of his problem, I also felt the program virtually guaranteed his success, even if more "invasive" treatment such as medication, was eventually required.
Over a few short weeks, Marc learned how to be dry at night, and I learned how to help him. He was and is very proud of his success. I think the most important things is that he became more attuned to his bladder signals. Rather than reflexively releasing his sphincter in response to urine in the bladder, the signal started to penetrate his consciousness at night, and allowed him to learn inhibitory control of his bladder. He also learned to void fully before bedtime instead of holding back. Also, no more rash!
I therefore, would not hesitate to recommend this program to anyone who has never achieved nighttime dryness. All aspects are very well thought-out and thoroughly covered. Also, as a physician, I would definitely recommend it to the appropriate patients.
Sincerely,
Margaret Karcnik DO
