This letter is to inform you of the incredible work your organization does. We were struggling with our son being unable to achieve dryness at night, when I received your postcard in the mail asking the simple question about bed-wetting. When I sent the card off, I expected to receive some information in the mail. I was surprised and uneasy when someone called and wanted to meet with us. I thought, "great..what did I get us into. What are they wanting to sell".

To my surprise, you were selling the answer to self-esteem and increased self-confidence for our 7 year old son. I was a bit leery when I heard "its a sleep disorder problem'. Though being in the medical profession myself, I knew there was fact behind the sleep patterns John spoke of. When he interviewed our son and asked, "Why do you want to do this?" Austin replied, "So my Mom and Dad will be really proud of me". That was it! We knew if he had a medical 'problem we would get him help, and this was no different.

The investment is immeasurable when compared to the look of pride and achievement on Austin's face when he was declared "dry". It took some work and commitment to graduate the program but the support we received from Vickie was awesome. You people do an incredible service and I have told many about your program Keep up the good work. Thank you so much for the accomplishment you helped our son achieve.

We are still in amazement that after eight years of dealing with a wet bed every night, that within a matter of three months, Heather is dry. Dear Pacific International,

First I'd like to say that Pacific Int'l is one of the very few companies that actually followed through with each and every promise from start to finish! The initial meeting was done in a thorough professional yet personal manner. He made us all feel at ease and didn't leave until my son, my husband and I all felt comfortable with the equipment and the program.

I think what impressed us the most was that no mater what, no matter how long it took (takes) they stuck by us and worked with us even after a couple of relapses! The relapses were probably due to us not following all of the procedures faithfully which was a lesson we learned.

The greatest part of correcting my son's problem, of course, is having his pride back. It's such a relief for us all to not have to worry about a dry bed at home or away!

I would highly recommend your program for enuretic's especially younger children like our six year old. He caught on right away, we kept coaching him thru any accidents, and we always told him how proud we were of his accomplishments. Our Counselor Lynnette was very helpful and supportive and our son enjoyed her letters. Mr. Weinert the salesman was very helpful, and thoroughly explained the program.
